Refund Policy

Because every holster is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and will make it right if there is a manufacturing defect.

Defective or Damaged Items If your holster arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bloodlustholsters@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will send the correct holster at no additional cost.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Missing Hardware If your holster is missing any hardware, our Replacement Hardware Set includes all Screws, Washers, and Spacers you need. Contact us and we'll get you taken care of right away.
